PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet excellent in anti-static property, chemical resistance, impact resistance, surface appearance and vacuum forming property. SOLUTION: The multilayered sheet comprises a layer of the following constituent (A) and a layer of the following constituent (B). The constituent (A) is an anti-static resin composition comprising 7-91 mass% of an olefinic resin, 5-50 mass% of a rubber-modified styrene resin or a (co)polymer of the vinyl monomer, 2-50 mass% of a block copolymer containing a polymerized block of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymerized block of a conjugated diene compound or its hydrogenated compound and 2-60 mass% of a block copolymer containing a polymerized olefinic block and a polymerized hydrophilic block. The constituent (B) is an olefinic resin composition comprising 60-97 mass% of a polypropylene resin having a melt flow rate of not greater than 2.0 g/10 min and 3-40 mass% of a polyethylene resin having a melt flow rate of not greater than 2.0 g/10 min.
