PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in surface distortion resistance and surface properties, and advantageously applicable to an automobile and internal and external panels of a building. SOLUTION: The cold rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet has a composition comprising≤0.020% C,≤0.5% Si,≤0.3% Mn,≤0.04% P,≤0.010% S, 8-30% Cr,≤1.0% Al, 0.05-0.5% Nb, 0.003-0.030% Ti,≤0.020% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfying Nb/Ti≥10.0 and Nb≥16(C+N), and has an average diameter of TiN of 0.1-3.0μm and a YR of≤60%.
