PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of easily obtaining arbitrary amplitude and of achieving stable carrying of parts. SOLUTION: In the linear-type part feeder 300, a weight part and a piezoelectric-type vibration part provided above a base part 301 apply vibration to first and second carrying paths 320, 330 by a plurality of leaf springs 390 for drive and a holding part 380, and carry minute parts on the first and second carrying paths 320, 330. To a third carrying member 350 for recirculating the minute parts transferred by the first and second carrying paths 320, 330, vibration is transmitted by a horizontal transmitting member 360a and a vertical transmitting member 360b.
