PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a user even when the temperature of a part which a hand of the user or the like touches the inside of a sewing machine body is elevated in the constitution that a motor is disposed inside the sewing machine body. SOLUTION: The sewing machine is provided with the sewing machine body 2 where a bed 3 and an arm 4 are provided and motors 8, 11, 12 and 13 to be the drive source of a needle bar and a cloth feed mechanism, etc., are disposed inside, and is configured such that the temperature of the part that the user touches with a hand or the like in the sewing machine body 2 is determined and reporting to the user is performed on the basis of the temperature determined result.
