<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key driving device, driving a key of a keyboard musical instrument which can be made compact and lightweight, and can drive the key with less electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The key driving device 1, which drives the key 7 supported in a swingable state on a frame, includes an energizing means 21 of energizing the key 7 toward the frame in one swinging direction, a first magnet 15 which moves associatively with the swing of the key 7, and a second magnet 19 which is fixed to the frame and comes into contact with the first magnet 15 to restrict the swing of the key 7 in the one swinging direction. One of the two magnets 15 and 19 is made of an electromagnet; and when currents are made flow to coils 15b and 19b of the electromagnet, magnetic poles of the two magnets 15 and 19, which come into contact with each other, to match. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
