PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality notification terminal capable of more properly and rapidly performing coping when an abnormality occurrence signal is wirelessly transmitted from a mobile terminal, and to provide a management device receiving an abnormality report signal from an abnormality notification terminal, and capable of reporting occurrence of an abnormal situation to a proper opposite party. SOLUTION: This abnormality notification terminal 1 receiving the abnormality occurrence signal S1 including identification information peculiarly allocated to the mobile terminal 2 wirelessly transmitted from the mobile terminal 2, and notifying the abnormality occurrence related to the abnormality occurrence signal S1 has: an abnormality occurrence signal reception means 11 receiving the abnormality occurrence signal S1 from the mobile terminal 2; an abnormality report means 12 transmitting the abnormality report signal S2 including the identification information to the management device 3 configured communicably with a plurality of abnormality notification terminals 1 when receiving the abnormality occurrence signal S1; and an abnormality notification means 13 notifying the abnormality occurrence on the basis of the abnormality occurrence signal S1 when receiving the abnormality occurrence signal S1.
