PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment machine for the treatment of patient's flank regions; the machine is equipped with a reclining backrest and the user can easily and comfortably operate it by means of an operation component, even if his/her shoulder(s), forearm(s), etc. are fixed during the treatment. SOLUTION: The treatment machine 1a is provided with a seat 11a where a patient's buttocks or femoral regions rest, a backrest 12a where his/her back leans, and side walls 2a, 2a protruding forward from the left and right side ends of the backrest 12a. A swelling bag 4a that expands and shrinks by supplying and removing air is provided on each side wall 2a to enable the treatment of the patient's left and right flank regions.
