METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAYERED MATERIAL COMPRISING LAYER WITH INORGANIC PARTICLES

A method for producing a laminate having an inorganic particle layer is provided to form an anti-reflective film with good anti-reflectivity by using a coagulating solution containing inorganic particles over 1vol.%. A method for producing a laminate having a film composed of inorganic particles and laminated on a substrate is composed of steps for producing a coagulating solution(B) by coagulating some of a dispersion solution(A) by adding a coagulant to the dispersion solution containing liquid medium and the inorganic particles dispersed in the liquid medium; applying the coagulating solution on the substrate; and forming the film comprising the inorganic particles, on the substrate by removing the liquid medium from the applied coagulating solution. An average diameter of the inorganic particle of the dispersion solution is within a range of 1~300nm.
