A syringe for injecting a bone implanting material is provided to spray contents in multi-directions promptly and effectively without leakage when jetting the content, and to inject contents without letting the contents remain inside a syringe drum. A syringe for injecting a bone implanting material includes a syringe drum(10), and a piston(20). The syringe drum has the shape of a circular tube, and a protrusion portion(11) is formed at the end of the syringe drum. The piston reciprocates inside the syringe drum, and compresses the content material to the protrusion portion. Jet holes(11a) in multi-directions are installed at the end of the protrusion portion. The protrusion portion has a thickness and a length corresponding to holes drilled according to the buccolingual width of user's teeth. A second piston(30) is installed at the end of the piston.
