A vinylpack is provided to naturally open the vinylpack while heating a food contained in the vinylpack by using heat applied to the food in a microwave oven. A method for manufacturing a vinylpack comprises the step of bonding a portion of the vinylpack, which expands by heat and steam pressure occurring when a food is heated in a microwave oven. The vinyl pack includes a front part(1) and a rear part(2). A joint line(3) is firmly bonded through a heat sealing scheme and a portion(4) of a joint part is lightly bonded by controlling the bonding heat intensity of a heat wire. When the microwave oven is operated, the portion is pushed upward. Moisture contained in the food is converted into steam, when heat is applied to a food, so the vinylpack expands by the steam, so that the portion is opened by heat and steam pressure.
