A complex opening/closing-type mobile phone is provided to improve the utilization of arrangement space and offer a relatively convenient user interface by opening and closing a single mobile phone in various methods and arranging an additional element, such a keypad for supplemental functions, at the upper part of a lower body, which is not used in an existing slide-type or rotation-type mobile phone. A complex opening/closing-type mobile phone comprises a sliding combination unit and a folder/rotation combination unit. The sliding combination unit comprises rail receiving slots(114) and guide rails(124). The rail receiving slots(114) and the guide rails(124) respectively are formed at the lower surface of an upper body(110) and the upper surface of a lower body(120). The guide rails(124) are inserted into or separated from the rail receiving slots(114). The folder/rotation combination unit consists of a hinge shaft(116) and a hinge shaft receiving slot part(126). The hinge shaft(116) is protruded and formed at the bottom of the upper body(110). At the bottom of the hinge shaft(116), a circular insertion part is formed in a single unit. The hinge shaft receiving slot part(126), correspondingly formed at the bottom of the lower body(120), has a circular receiving slot so that the circular insertion part can be inserted into or separated from the circular receiving slot. The hinge shaft receiving slot part(126) is formed so as to be rotated up and down for the lower body(120).
