The system has a case (1) inside which a terminal contact (2) is inserted, and an actuator button (3) installed on the contact. An electrical conductor is introduced via an opening (6) of the case and via a cylindrical housing (7) of the button until the conductor contacts with a final wall (3b). The conductor is positioned such that the button when manually pressed from outside compresses the conductor against a cutting edge (8) of the contact to provoke a perforation or section of insulating coating of the conductor to provide the contact of a metal cable of the conductor with the contact.
