PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information broadcast receiving terminal device which enables commercial contents contained in an information broadcast to be easily viewed at a recipient side as needed. SOLUTION: Program contents that are contents of a broadcast program contained in a received data stream and commercial contents that are contents for advertisement integrated in the received data stream are separated by a separation processing unit 104, and the separated program contents and commercial contents are accumulated in a program content storage region 108 and a commercial content storage region 106 of a content storage device 105, respectively. When playing back the accumulated program contents, the program contents desired to be viewed by a viewer are played back while coupling the commercial contents originally integrated therein with the relevant program contents again.
