<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a heater and a boiler used only for sterilizing a hot water storage tank, in a cogeneration system having a fuel cell, a heat exchanger collecting heat generated in accompany with operation of the fuel cell, and the hot water storage tank storing the water heated by being circulated in the heat exchanger, and supplying the hot water to the external from the hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The quantity of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank 22 to the external is measured, and when the quantity of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank 22 to the external is less than a prescribed value in a prescribed period, the supply of hot water from the hot water storage tank 22 is stopped by controlling a temperature control valve 27, the fuel cell is operated to heat the whole in the hot water storage tank 22 to be higher than a prescribed temperature, and then the supply of hot water from the hot water storage tank 22 is restarted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
