The foundation construction technique for reinforced concrete construction gives the structure a firm foundation regardless of the type of soil or its stability. The concrete foundation has two horizontal rods near its top held in position by ring bolts and hooks and is cast leaving a 15 cm channel for the ground beam. The channel is filled with 2 cm of sand which resists earth tremors and makes the beam independent of the foundation while 90 deg. column starter bars are cast into the beam in the usual way.
