PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus requiring less labor for collection work, and capable of suppressing running cost as much as possible. SOLUTION: The medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus 1 has a medicine feeding means 2, feeds a powdered medicine and a solid medicine to a packaging means 3 side according to a prescription, and packages the medicines in a cartridge. The medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus 1 can perform a collection packaging operation for packaging the medicine remaining in an unpackaged state in addition to a regular packaging operation. By performing the collection packaging operation, the medicine remaining in an unpackaged state can be packaged and collected in a cartridge of an amount smaller than that when packaging the medicine in the regular packaging operation.
