WIND TURBINE DEVICE AND WIND POWER GENERATION DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine device capable of operating under rated conditions with appropriately corresponding to change of wind speed even if wind speed changes with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of blades 1 arranged in a radial shape is arranged in a circumference direction to form a blade group 3. The blade group is connected to a rotary shaft 2 and receives wind. The rotary shaft is rotated by lift generated by each blade 1 and a generator 4 is driven by that. One end of the blade 1 is oscillatably connected to the rotary shaft 2 provided on a center position of the blade group 3, and a center part of the blade 1 is oscillatably connected to a joint 6 installed on the rotary shaft 2 via an oscillation support member 8. Angle between the blade 1 and the rotary shaft 2 is adjusted to adjust rotary radius of the blade by moving the joint 6 up and down. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
