PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a wall panel capable of preventing the wall panel from turning over without performing a complicated operation for temporarily fixing it with large clips when the wall panel is assembled. SOLUTION: This connection structure of the wall panel for a unit room comprises columns vertically installed at least at the corners of a floor surface, column connecting materials for connecting the top parts of the columns adjacent to each other, and wall panels installed between the columns. An engagement part is formed at the top part of each of the wall panels. A lock part engageable with the engagement part is formed on each of the column connecting materials.
