<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage, food and medicine inhibiting the oxidation of LDL (low density lipoprotein), also inhibiting lipid deposition on blood vessel wall, which is the initial lesion of arteriosclelosis, and being taken everyday. <P>SOLUTION: This LDL oxidation resistance-improving agent is provided by using ≥1 kind selected from Streptococcus thermophilus YIT 2001, YIT 2101 and YIT 2108 and the extracts of these lactobacilluses with a hydrophilic solvent, as active ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
