PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low resistance with an upper electrode formed to be thick, to prevent generation of hillock on the upper electrode when it is formed thick, and to prevent display errors by the hillock, electric short-circuiting or the like in the self light-emitting panel. SOLUTION: The self light-emitting panel is provided with an upper electrode 8 of a conductive mixing layer including a metal material and an organic material, formed with a metal material and an organic material evaporated. The self light-emitting panel can achieve the low resistance by forming the upper electrode 8 thick. And also, a resistance value of the upper electrode 8 is reduced so that low consumption power can be achieved. Compared with a case of forming the upper electrode only with a metal material, stress inside the film is reduced and becomes small, and generation of hillock or the like can be prevented. Since display errors such as hillock or electric short-circuiting can be prevented, self light-emitting panel 1 with high reliability can be manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
