PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for measuring a flow rate in a pipe without stopping an operation in a piping system, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: The device 10 for measuring a flow rate in a pipe comprises a differential pressure gage 14 for determining the differential pressure between a measurement port 18 in the upper stream and a measurement port 20 in the lower stream of a pipe 12, and a calculation device 16 for calculating a flow rate from a previously determined length and a measurement value of the differential pressure gage 14.
