PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black and white heat developable photosensitive material having high sensitivity, excellent in image tone and excellent further in storage stability. SOLUTION: The black and white heat developable photosensitive material contains at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent for silver ions and a coupler on at least one surface of a support, wherein the black and white heat developable photosensitive material has at least one non-photosensitive layer containing a polymer latex having a fluorine atom within a molecule.
