FIELD: oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal kit and using Ecteinascidin-743 (Et-743) as well as a method of treating cancer in human patients involving intravenous infusion of composition containing Et-743 to patient suffering from cancer. Intravenous infusion is carried out continuously over a period of up to 4 h and is repeated weakly in Et-743 dose 650 mug/m2/weak. Such weakly infusions represent a phase of infusion cycle.
