PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is excellent in executability, economic property and quality and inhibits gas generated from concrete of a building from being discharged to an indoor space, and also to provide a method used for the same. SOLUTION: An upper surface of a concrete floor slab 10, a lower surface of a ceiling slab 10, a concrete column 11 provided between the floor slab 10 and the ceiling slab 10 are respectively covered with gas shielding members 12, 15, 13 for shielding the gas generated from the concrete.
