<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damaging of a prescribed shape on the surface of a work and to form almost uniform chilled layer by making an angle formed between the tangential line at the ridge line part and the direction of a torch to a specific value or lower, at the time of starting the treatment of the ridge line part on the work surface continued to the end point after executing a remelt treatment to near the end point of a curvature radial part containing the top point on the metal-made work surface. SOLUTION: Energy irradiation toward the surface of a cam 1 from the torch 2, a three-axial control of the torch 2 and the turning to counter-clockwise direction of the cam 1, are started. When the torch 2 positions at the top point of the cam 1, the control in an X-axial direction of the torch 2 is stopped and molten pool is arranged at the almost horizontal position during executing the treatment in the top point by turning the cam 1. When the torch 2 positions near the end point of the curvature radial part at the open side (right side) of the cam 1, the three-axial control of the torch 2 is restarted, and the torch 2 is rapidly shifted to the position where the above angle (the tangential angle) becomes <=90 deg. near the end point of the curvature radial part, and the cam l is rapidly turned.</p> |
