PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a fluid machine including compression mechanism and expansion mechanism. SOLUTION: In a compression/expansion unit (30) serving as a fluid machine, both a compression mechanism (50) and an expansion mechanism (60) are accommodated in one casing (31). An oil supply passage (90) is formed in a shaft (40) connecting the compression mechanism (50) and expansion mechanism (60). A refrigerating machine oil accumulated in the bottom of the casing (31) is sucked up into the oil supply passage (90), and supplied to the compression mechanism (50) and expansion mechanism (60). The refrigerating machine oil supplied to the expansion mechanism (60) is discharged from the expansion mechanism (60) together with refrigerant after expansion, and returns to the compression mechanism (50) of the compression/expansion unit (30) flowing through a refrigerant circuit.
