PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody chip and light source measurement device excellent in reproducibility and operability of measurement and its practical realization becomes easy. SOLUTION: The light source measurement device 1 comprises as a maine constitution the concentration measurement device 2, antibody chip 3 and the cell cleaning device 4. The concentration measurement device 2 measures the concentration of antigen in the specimen solution extracted by the antibody chip 3. The cell cleaning device 4 comprises the solution injection means consists of injection pump 44, injection tube 45, the first solution bath 46, the second solution bath 47, and the solution ejection means consists of a plurality of ejection pumps 51, the ejection tubes 52 and suction terminals 52a etc. In the state that the lid of the vessel is opened, the inside of the cell 39 of the antibody chip 3 having the antibody solidifying layer formed on the principal surface of the substrate 37 on the chip carrier 7 is cleaned, so that on the antibody solidifying layer is made stabilized state, without remaining solution in the cell.
