PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure supply device being operated in a state of preventing sudden load change in restarting an electric oil pump, caused by bubbles mixed in a hydraulic circuit during stop of the electric oil pump. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic pressure supply device 30, oil pressure in opening a relief valve 40 is set to be lower than oil pressure in supplying hydraulic oil to a hydraulic control valve 12 by the electric oil pump 21, and the hydraulic oil supplied from the electric oil pump 21 is circulated in a circuit (recirculating circuit) to return to the electric oil pump 21 through a fifth oil passage 37 (orifice 39 and relief valve 40), thus the bubbles are stirred and finely dispersed, the sudden load change by the bubbles can be prevented, and the electric oil pump 21 can be stably operated.
