发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BONDED BODY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which, when a bonded body is manufactured by applying diffusion bonding to iron based metallic members and fine grained steel is used at least for one of the members, superior bonding strength can be secured without causing deterioration in mechanical characteristic of the fine grained steel. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the bonded body by applying diffusion bonding to the iron-based metallic members, the fine grained steel is used for at least one of the iron-based metallic members. On the bonding surfaces of both members to be bonded, zinc layers are formed in advance so that thickness of each layer is≥1.0μm and the total thickness is≤12μm. Then, the zinc layers are superimposed, heated and pressurized at 630-770°C and 30-200 MPa for 5-70 minutes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
