PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device capable of appropriately managing documents. SOLUTION: When the image-forming device receives facsimile data (S101), the image-forming device confirms whether a security code is superimposed on the image (S103). When the security code is superimposed on the image, the image-forming device holds the content of the security code (S105). A memory or a hard disk stores the facsimile image data (S107). The image-forming device searches a management code to be inputted, when a stored image is printed from the read security code (S109).
