FIELD: radio-electronics, possible use for manufacturing electronic boards used for building radio-electronic equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, pattern of electro-conductive circuit is applied to dielectric oxide-chromium black cover on thermo-resistant electro-conductive plate is made by applying a composition onto a template, which composition contains silver oxide. Then it is heated in electric furnace up to temperature of 300-600°C during 5-10 minutes and cooled down. ^ EFFECT: production of well-soldering electric circuit on thermo-resistance material without usage of photo-lithography, resistant to oxidizing, increased ecological purity of technological process. |
