PURPOSE: A method for producing transformed sperms is provided to be actively applied to transgenic livestock production. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing transformed sperms comprises: a step of transducing a gene into spermatogonial stem cells using a lentiviral vector and a step of transplanting the spermatogonial stem cells into testis of recipient. The spermatogonial stem cells are transplanted through a rete testis.
