PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a disc for a variator capable of finishing the raceway surface of an input disc with high accuracy and having high productivity and lowering the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: With the spline hole 4 of the input disc D1 engaged with an input shaft 6, the outer peripheral surface 5 of the input disc D1 is finished taking the input shaft 6 as machining reference. After that, the raceway surface 2 is finished taking the outer peripheral surface 5 as machining reference. |
