A device for prolonged esophagus balloon dilatation comprises the tubular probe, the esophageal balloon, the cardial balloon, and the guide. The tubular probe has the central canal for the guide of not less than 3 mm in diameter and three canals located near the wall intended for supplying air to the cardial balloon and the esophageal balloon as well as for administering the drugs. The esophageal balloon, at least 20 cm in length, is equipped with radio-opaque rings proximally and distally. The length and the diameter of the esophageal balloon are adjustable in the process of the treatment. The silicone olive-like element with the canal for the guide located at the distal end of the tubular probe. The probe is equipped with the perforation intended for irrigation with the pharmaceutical substances.
