A clutch disk assembly containing an integral friction spring washer is provided to reduce the number of parts in the clutch disk assembly and to shorten the assembling time by containing an annular body part and an elastic deformation part in the integral friction spring washer. A clutch disk assembly comprises a facing, a disk plate, a sub plate, a sub plate, and an integral friction spring washer. The facing receives the torque of the engine power. The disk plate is formed with a through hole. The sub plate is formed with a through hole aligned with the through hole of the disk plate. The integral friction spring washer is fixed to the sub plate. The friction spring washer contains an annular body part(110), and an elastic deformation part extended from the body part. The elastic deformation part is deformable to the axial direction of the disk assembly. The elastic deformation part is divided into slits(120) along the boundary of the annular body part.
