PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leadframe for easily performing three-dimensional electric wiring, and to provide an optical connection component using the leadframe, and a method for manufacturing the optical connection component. SOLUTION: Since the force acting on a lead pattern 31 is reduced by relaxing flow of a resin 59 by a protection lead 32 provided in both outsides of the lead pattern 31 of the leadframe 30 when attaching the leadframe 30 by insert molding on an edge face 21 of a molding 20 by pouring the resin 59 for forming the molding 20, the displacement of the lead pattern 31 can be prevented. Thereby the insert-molded leadframe 30 is wired on the edge face 21 of the molding 20, the three-dimensional wiring can be easily performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
