PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an aperture ratio large by securing a large light emission area by suitably arranging various elements when an organic EL display panel has one gate line and two control lines horizontally scanning for one row of pixels. SOLUTION: The organic EL display panel has a select TFT 20, a capacitor 22, and a reset control TFT 26 arranged between the gate line GL and a control line RST1. Further, the organic EL display panel has a short-circuit TFT 28, a driving TFT 24, a driving control TFT30, and the light emission area arranged between the control lines RST1 and RST2.
