PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worked fabric-positioning guide device of a sewing machine, capable of guiding the positioning of the worked fabric by projecting a sewing reference mark including a circle with a needle falling reference point at the center on the upper surface of the worked fabric, and securely forming a seam at a certain desired seam space from an end edge of the worked fabric in various shapes or from the seam already formed on the worked fabric. SOLUTION: The worked fabric-positioning guide device has a projector 15 for projecting the sewing reference mark M composed of a circle Ma with the needle falling reference point P at the center and a cross Mb crossing at the needle falling reference point P on the upper surface of the worked fabric W by irradiating the worked fabric W diagonally from above the needle falling reference point P of a sewing needle 12 of the sewing machine M.
