PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of adequately setting the ratio of the blow-out air volume of a defroster to the blow-out air volume of a side face in a foot mode. SOLUTION: A center door face 25c and right and left door faces 25d, 25e having the dimension in the radial direction smaller than that of the center door face 25c are formed in an end of a foot opening part side of a rotary door 25 for foot. In the foot mode, a door outer peripheral opening part 31 is formed between a seal part 25i between right and left door faces 25d, 25e and a seal rib 30 of a foot opening part 22 to guide a part of hot air from the foot opening part to a defroster opening part side and a side face opening part side through the door outer peripheral opening part 31; and air guides 25j, 25k to guide the air flow to the side face opening part side are provided on the right and left door faces 25d, 25e.
