PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems as to whether the conversion rate of forming an electric photon and a magnetic photon by the love of an electron and the love of a proton change or is constant in a field of high energy, and how the love of a neutron and the love of a proton behave. SOLUTION: It is derived that the conversion rates of work, energy and orbital energy are constant in any field of energy. If the conversion rate of the love of an electron of a neutron and the love of a proton have that value, energy of one photon of magnetism formed by the love of the electron of the neutron and the love of the proton and energy of one photon of electricity are turned out to be correct. The rotation orbits and revolution orbits of the love of the electron of the neutron and the love of the proton are turned out to be correct. The love of the electron of the neutron and the love of the proton revolve with each other.
