PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to see scenery and situation easily at present or a nearer point to the present of a place where the picked-up image is imaged, when a user browses a certain picked-up image etc., so as to enable the user to extend pleasure of picture browsing and the like.

SOLUTION: Image pick-up point information including an image pick-up position, a direction (rotation angle) at the time of an image pick-up etc. is to be added to image pick-up data imaged with a digital still camera or the like. For example, when a user is perusing such image pick-up data using an information processing terminal, according to operation of the user, the network transmission of the picture acquisition request is carried out with image pick-up point information added to designated image pick-up data. An imaging device which receives the picture acquisition request judges whether its own position situation agrees to the image pick-up point information included in the picture acquisition request, and if it agrees, it transmits the imaged data. In the information processing terminal, if the imaged data is received from a certain imaging device, the user's browsing is presented by displaying it. Thereby, the user can see an image pick-up picture of this position at present or the nearer point to present of the same place from the image pick-up picture which was imaged and perused in the past, for example.
