PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing system in which a game recording medium available as a member card having a prepaid function can be used in game parlors that are registered as chain stores. SOLUTION: According to the game medium dispensing system, a data control center 3 controls information of the chain stores to which the plurality of game parlors belong, as a chain store ID, and each game parlor 2 supplied with the chain store ID to which the game parlor itself belongs, from the data control center 3 via a network means 1. Then, provided that the chain store ID as reference information recorded in the member card 4 input into a card issuing machine, a reimbursing machine 5a, or a game medium dispensing unit 5b set in the parlor, is the same as that of the game parlor 2, and that a residual value stored in the card as account information is zero, the game parlor 2 accepts the member card 4 issued from the other game parlor belonging to the same chain stores, and allows the owner of the member card to use the card in the store itself.
