PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows-shaped duct and its molding process for molding a composite member composed of a flexible bellows member and a rigid flange member at low cost. SOLUTION: This bellows-shaped duct composed of a bellows member formed of an elastomer and a first flange part and a second flange part both formed of a rigid member is molded by utilizing a DSI (die slide injection) construction process. A first cavity 31 for forming a divided part of the bellows-shaped member, and a third cavity 41 and a fourth cavity 42 for forming a divided part of the second flange part are formed in a fixed mold 3. A second cavity 51 for forming a divided part of the bellows-shaped member, and a fifth cavity 61 and a sixth cavity 62 for forming a divided part of the first and second flange parts are formed in a movable mold 5.
