PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control unlocking and enhance convenience of the unlocking by using a variety of key information in a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A residential system 10 receives/collates key information of an auxiliary key held in a mobile terminal 21 or a mobile terminal 22 when unlocking a main key, and unlocks the auxiliary key when matched.
