<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of avoiding an incomplete output wherein an image is not transferred to the center of transfer paper. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with an original center detection means 12 that detects the size of an original and whether the original is set at the center of an original read means 3, when the original read means 3 reads an image of the original; and a system control means 17 that compares the size of the original detected by the original center detection means 12 with the size of transfer paper of a fixed form size supplied from a transfer paper carrying means 5 and interrupts the processings thereafter, when the control means 17 discriminates that the original has not been set to the center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
