SAFETY INFORMATION NOTIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety information notification system and method in which a safety confirmation mail can be transmitted to a desired destination with high probability upon occurrence of disaster.

SOLUTION: Data of an address book in the user's communication terminal registered for mail transmission/reception are stored in a storage means, and a safety confirmation mail is transmitted to at least one mail address of the address book stored in that storage means. The safety confirmation mail can be transmitted to a destination which a disaster victim wants to tell with high probability by transmitting the safety confirmation mail to the mail address of that address book.
