PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to eliminate variation in off-capacity in a switching circuit that uses a photo MOS relay. SOLUTION: In a switching circuit in which one end of a terminal for turing on/off the first photo MOS relay is connected to a signal transmission line, and the other end of the terminal for turing on/off the first photo MOS relay is connected to the ground via terminating resistance, the switching circuit is equipped with a voltage follower for outputting by receiving voltage at one end side connected to the signal line of the first photo MOS relay, and a second photo MOS relay for turning on/off the connection to the other end side of the first photo MOS relay by receiving the output of the voltage follower. By turing on the second photo MOS relay, when the first photo MOS relay is turned off, signal waveforms between off-terminals of the first photo MOS relay are made identical.
