PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED with collimator lens in which the optical axis can be corrected to always come to the center even if the position of an LED chip is shifted.

SOLUTION: In the light emitting device configured such that a light emitting component 3 is mounted on a stem 2 and a collimate lens 5 having a hemispherical distal end portion is applied to the light emitting component 3 and fixed to the stem 2, the collimate lens 5 is divided vertically into a plurality of rotatable stages and a rotary surface 7 for regulating the divided portion is inclined against the horizon.
