A sag preventive device of a door in a vehicle is provided to prevent leakage, interference from shortage of a gap between the vehicle body and the door and noise during traveling by restricting the door from sagging due to tare of the door and repeated vertical vibration of the door. A door support bar(10) is installed in the inner panel of a door in a vehicle, and an assembling unit(20) is mounted in the side outer panel of a vehicle body and fitted to the door support bar in closing the door to support vertical movement of the door. A hole(11) is formed in the door support bar, and combined with the assembling unit. The assembling unit has a bezel(21) having a groove, an elastic member(22) inserted to the groove by restoring force, and a fitting bar(23) inserted to the groove, supported by the elastic member and fitted to the door support bar.
