MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COLOR FILTER ARRAY PANEL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A manufacturing method of a color filter display panel and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device are provided to doubly laminate a low purity photosensitive film and a high purity photosensitive film and proceed one exposing/developing process per one color filter, thereby simplifying processes in comparison with a method of respectively forming the color filters. A manufacturing method of a color filter display panel comprises the followings steps of: forming a first photosensitive film including pigments on an insulation substrate(210); forming a second photosensitive film, having more pigments than the first photosensitive film, on the first photosensitive film; and forming a first color filter for exposing and developing the first and second photosensitive films and forming a second color filter for exposing a predetermined area of the first color filter.
